Subscription Terms

(Operated by MIND STONE INC.)

Including Data & Privacy Handling Provisions

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the subscription features within the Unee mobile application (“Unee”, “the App”), operated by MIND STONE INC. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By subscribing or using Unee, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Unee provides conversational and interactive features intended solely for general well-being, companionship, and entertainment purposes.

Unee does not provide professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or safety-related advice.

Any decisions you make based on Unee’s conversational output are your responsibility alone.

2. Data We Process to Provide the Service

To enable the App’s conversational and AI-powered functions, you understand and agree that Unee may process certain data you provide or generate while using the App or device.

This may include:

2.1 User-Generated Data

• voice input you choose to speak into the device or App,

• text messages you input,

• conversation history, prompts, preferences, and interaction patterns,

• contextual dialogue data needed to operate the AI system.

2.2 Device & Technical Data

• logs related to feature usage, safety status, or device operation,

• performance signals (e.g., battery, connection status),

• non-precise device information needed for service functionality.

2.3 How We Use This Data

Data you provide or generate while using Unee may be processed to operate the App, support core functionality, maintain quality, and improve the overall user experience.

We may also use data to ensure service stability and safety.

We do not sell user data.

2.4 What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell user data.

• We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

• We do not request or require sensitive personal identity documents.

• We do not use your conversations to identify you as a person.

All data handling is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to input—voice, text, or otherwise.

You agree not to provide harmful, illegal, or sensitive content.

MIND STONE INC. is not liable for:

• any consequence of what you choose to share,

• inaccurate or inappropriate conversational responses,

• interpretations or decisions based on AI-generated content.

4. Hardware Safety Disclaimer

If you use Unee-branded hardware:

• It is not a children’s toy; do not allow unsupervised use by minors.

• You assume responsibility for safe handling, placement, and operation.

• MIND STONE INC. is not responsible for ingestion, choking hazards, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use.

5. Service Availability, Limitations & Liability

5.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

The App and its subscription features are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee accuracy, correctness, reliability, or that any content is suitable for your needs.

5.2 Interruptions

Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or updates.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays or unavailability.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MIND STONE INC. is not liable for:

• direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages,

• financial losses, investment losses, emotional distress, or personal decisions,

• device misuse, hardware accidents, ingestion risks, or property damage,

• any actions you take based on AI conversation output.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App or cancel your subscription.

6. Improper Use & Termination (No Refunds)

We may suspend or terminate access—without refund—if we detect:

• attempts to bypass usage limits or technical safeguards,

• use of automation tools or unauthorized interfaces,

• abnormal usage affecting system stability,

• harassment, illegal activity, or violation of community guidelines,

• any behavior reasonably deemed harmful or abusive.

7. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

• Prices, billing, and renewals are managed by Apple or Google.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your account settings.

• Refunds are determined solely by App Store / Google Play.

• MIND STONE INC. cannot cancel subscriptions for you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIND STONE INC. from any claims or liabilities arising from:

• your use or misuse of Unee (App or hardware),

• the content you input,

• decisions you make based on AI output,

• failure to supervise minors,

• violations of these Terms.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective upon publication inside the App.

Continued use of Unee constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
