1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before receiving shipment confirmation by contacting unee@mission-ai.org.
• After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Returns may still be requested under our return policy.

2. Returns and Refunds

• 30-Day No-Reason Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with packaging and accessories.
• 7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival): If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Accessories: Unused accessories are eligible for return within 30 days.
• Digital Services: Unused subscriptions or credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Accounts
